Returns, Refunds and Warranty for WMP Dosing Pumps

Right to cancel or refund

Customers have a period of 14 days from the day they receive the goods to notify Watermark Projects that they wish to cancel or return an item. Once Watermark Projects have been notified, the customers have a further 14 days to send the goods back at their own cost. You can use our feedback form at the bottom of this page to start this process.

Watermark Projects must refund the customer within 14 days of it receiving the goods.

If the goods are damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Service Team using the feedback form at the bottom of this page or by calling 01204 574 721 who will process the claim for you and supply you with a replacement where possible. If the item’s fault was caused by an installation fault. A refund will not be offered. If the fault was a manufacturing fault, a full refund or replacement will be provided. A full pump report will be provided upon request.

Provided you inform our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving the items (supplying them with the reference details shown on the delivery documentation together with details of the damage or fault) we will send replacements or offer you a refund. We ask that you return the damaged or faulty items to us and will reimburse the reasonable costs (up to £20.00) you incur in doing so. We ask that you send us copies of the supporting receipts. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

In all correspondence please quote the items Unique Serial Number (USN) and, where possible, your order ID or Purchase Order number.

Warranty Claims

If you have a warranty claim, please contact customer services on 01204 574 721 who will process your claim for you. Please have your Unique Serial Number (USN) so we can determine the correct procedure.

Due to the nature of some products, an engineer will require a site visit to determine if the pump is under warranty or not. Before a site visit is arranged card details and pre-authorisation must be taken. If the pump is found to be under warranty no charge will be made. If the fault falls outside of the warranty claim e.g. incorrect installation, the cost of the site visit and cost to fix the pump will be chargeable. You can request our hourly charge prior to the site visit through our customer services team.
