HOW DOES IT WORK?

In addition to our skid mounted Dissolved Air Flotation system Watermark Projects has the in-house capability to design and manufacture bespoke DAF systems to suit both discharge and site specific requirements. 

Manufactured with the purpose to reduce and remove COD, TSS and FOG.

Our Bespoke DAFs include:

  • Float switches / level sensors
  • On-board mixing vessels
  • Automated air dissolving vessel
  • Chain driven scraper blade 
  • Baffle & weir plating

As Watermark Projects is part of a larger Engineering group and has an in-house design team we are able to offer completely bespoke systems which can incorporate other pre-treatment or screening systems as well as allowing us to accommodate sites with restricted space and existing treatment systems.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Unlike our skid mounted range, the Bespoke DAFs do not come with a set footprint. The dimensions will depend on your flow rate. From this figure we can tailor the measurements to your requirements.

Choosing your wastewater flow rate from between 2,000 and 200,000 litres per hour will allow us to determine your best fit.

DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING

All of our DAF systems are installed & commissioned by our in-house engineering team.

Thanks to its skid mounted design, the off skid Bespoke DAF is able to be installed & commissioned with minimal site time. With interconnecting pipework & all ancillary instrumentation (such as pumps, compressor, control panel etc.) pre-installed and tested on the skid base. The unit offers as close to Plug & Play setup as possible.
